To install LabVIEW follow these steps.
Note: LabVIEW is not a open source or free software. You can install in your computer as a product evaluation for 14 days. If you are associate with some engineering institute then you may get the product key form institute.
Step 1:
Go to this link (32bit, 64bit) and download the software. You need to create an account in NI website (That is free!!).
Step 2:
After opening the installer you will see like this. Give your name and organisation name and click next. If you are not associate with organisation the write some thing in the text field.
Step 3:
Follow the onscreen instruction and in this field you have to give the serial no. For evaluating leave these text field blank. Click next.
Step 4:
If you want to install update for the product then keep the check box checked or uncheck if you do not want to update. Click next.
Step 5:
Then you reed and accept two pairs of licence agreement and click next.
Step 6:
In this window the option does not matter for who are using windows 7 or earlier version. But who are using windows 8 or latter they should uncheck this box. Otherwise for installing driver some problem may happens. You can always re enable fast startup by going to control panel. like this.
Step 7:
After clicking next installation will began and it may take 10min to 20min according to your PC configuration. At the end you will see like below notice. You can click Decline support. We will install support later if required.
Step 8:
Then log in to your user account and finish the activation. If you are a evaluating customer just close the window.
You have successfully install LabVIEW.
